TOURING & PRODUCTION CREWS

Free Tour Truck Pack Planner

Build the truck pack for a tour, festival, or one-off before the first load-in. Enter your road cases by case number, set the truck, and TruckPacks generates suggested rows you can rearrange, lock, stack to the roof, strap, and print - so the pack goes in the same way every night.

How it works

  1. Set the trucks

Enter each truck's inside length, width, and height. Multi-truck tours can plan every truck in one project.

  2. Build the case sheet

Add every road case with its case number, description, dimensions, weight, and whether it rolls on wheels. Upload an existing case list from a spreadsheet or PDF.

  3. Start from suggested rows

TruckPacks flat-packs the cases into suggested rows in the Row Planner truck. Drag single cases or send a whole row down into the actual truck.

  4. Lock, stack, strap, print

Lock each row, stack cases on top up to three high, add straps and load bars, then print Pack Instructions - one row per page - for the truck loaders.

Why plan the truck pack

The same pack every night

A written pack means load-out goes in the same order at every venue, no matter who is on the crew that day.

Find the space before you need it

Stacking rows to the roof shows how much floor you can free up for merch, a support act, or a new piece of backline.

Hand the loaders a real plan

Printed row-by-row instructions with case numbers replace the pack that only lives in one person's head.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes - no account, sign-up, or credit card. Projects are saved in your browser.

How high can cases stack?

Cases can be stacked up to three high on a locked row, as long as the stack fits under the truck's roof.

Can I try it with sample cases first?

Yes. The Roadie Truck Pack Challenge loads a full truck of real road cases so you can learn stacking, rows, straps, and load bars in a few minutes.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. On a phone TruckPacks switches to a tap-to-place version: tap a case to pick it up, then tap where it goes. On iPhone, add it to your home screen to use it full screen. On a computer it is drag and drop.
