Not legal advice. This page is a general-purpose starting point, not a substitute for review by a lawyer. DAWZO LLC is responsible for confirming this fits its actual situation — especially given that TruckPacks output can inform real physical loading of real trucks — before relying on it.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TruckPacks and the Roadie Truck Pack Challenge game (together, the "Service"), operated by DAWZO LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service Is
TruckPacks is a planning tool for laying out road cases and equipment in a truck or trailer, and the Roadie Truck Pack Challenge is a game built on the same packing engine. The Service is provided to help you think through a load plan — it is a planning aid, not an engineering or safety certification.
Load-safety disclaimer. TruckPacks does not know your actual vehicle's weight ratings, axle limits, tie-down hardware, or the real-world condition of your cases and cargo. Always verify any load plan against your vehicle/trailer manufacturer's specifications, your cargo's actual weight and securement requirements, and all applicable DOT/FMCSA or other transportation and workplace-safety regulations, and use your own professional judgment, before loading or moving a vehicle. Never rely on TruckPacks as your sole basis for a load-safety decision.
2. Who Can Use It
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service (generally, an adult under the laws of your location). The Service is intended for general entertainment production and touring planning use, not specifically directed at children.
3. Your Project Data
Project and case data you enter is saved in your browser and online at the project's link, as described in our Privacy Policy. Anyone with a project's link can view and change it, so share links only with people you trust. A project link nobody opens for 90 days is deleted automatically and can't be recovered; you are responsible for downloading a backup file of anything you want to keep longer. The Service is provided as-is, without any guarantee that saved projects will always be available.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers/networks behind it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; upload files to the case-import feature that you don't have the right to share; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by DAWZO LLC or its licensors. You're welcome to use the Service for your own planning and touring work; this does not grant you any right to copy, resell, or redistribute the underlying application itself.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers — including Netlify (hosting), Google Analytics (analytics), and, when the AI import path is used, OpenAI (file processing) — each governed by its own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LOAD PLAN IT PRODUCES IS SAFE, COMPLETE, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY REGULATION.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAWZO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, OR LOSS ARISING FROM A LOAD PLAN PRODUCED OR SUGGESTED BY THE SERVICE. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT (IF ANY) YOU PAID TO USE IT.
9. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
